On Tuesday of this week, I attended the Military Officers Association of America meeting at the Indian River Colony Club, a private over-55 retirement community for military members. What an amazing community! It was a delight to meet and talk with many of these American heroes at the luncheon, and I enjoyed the presentation on the new Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
I also enjoyed the Space Coast Association of Realtors meeting on Wednesday. Congressman Bill Posey was the guest speaker. He is also a member of the Association, and he gave a great talk about the real estate market and market-related federal legislation. As always, he was filled with interesting statistics about our national debt and many of the other issues facing us today. I’m looking forward to the Association installation dinner tonight.
I always look forward to the monthly luncheon of the Republican Women’s Network of South Brevard. Yesterday’s guest speaker was Mikaela Nix, who speaks to various groups about the need to embrace college Republicans. I couldn’t agree more; it is imperative that we cultivate the next generation of conservative Republican leaders!
Today, I enjoyed lunch with some friends and folks from the media. We had a good discussion of my campaign and the issues in the race.
I know it’s because of great conservative friends like you that our campaign’s momentum continues to increase. Thanks so much for your support. Have a great weekend!
