On Monday, I participated in the Business Voice of Florida’s Space Coast candidate interviews. Business Voice is a diverse group of business leaders who come together to support pro-business issues and candidates. I appreciated the opportunity to share my strong support of policies that promote our free enterprise system and my own experience as a business owner.
Tuesday morning, I attended our monthly meeting of the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee. The guest speaker was Duane DeFreese, Executive Director of the Indian River Lagoon Council.
Yesterday, I really enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of Holmes Regional Medical Center. We went up on the helipad and through the OR, ER, and cath lab. What a great experience to see some of the new technology they are using.
Last night, as I do every month, I attended the Ronald Reagan Club meeting. The Club hosted a forum for candidates in the races for House District 50, 51, and 52, as well as Senate District 17. I always appreciate the opportunity to share my conservative message with the folks I hope to serve.
Today, I attended the grand opening of the Puzzle Box Academy, a new K-6 private school for students impacted by autism and other developmental delays such as ADD/ADHD.
Tomorrow, I’m looking forward to our campaign being out at the Melbourne Gun Show. As a lifetime NRA member, I am always interested to be around fellow NRA members and to see the latest technology. Our campaign will also have a booth at the Margarita Fest in Suntree from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. tomorrow. Please stop by!
On Sunday, it will be another great day out knocking on doors with our volunteers.
As always, thanks for your support. Have a great weekend!
