The Brian Hodgers Campaign today announced the endorsement of the Home Builders and Contractors Association (HBCA) of Brevard.
The HBCA is a non-profit trade associated dedicated to promoting home ownership. Hodgers is seeking the District 52 seat in the Florida House of Representatives.
“There is no question that Brian Hodgers is the right choice to represent us in Tallahassee,” said Bruce Moia, Chairman of the HBCA Political Issues Committee. “He is committed to working to preserve private property rights, which are so vital to our free enterprise system. Brian understands that lowering taxes and eliminating needless regulations will help fuel our economy and allow more people to realize the American Dream of owning their own home.”
Founded in 1958, the HBCA is actively engaged in monitoring local, state, and national legislation that affects the building industry. It is a volunteer-driven organization that provides educational and marketing opportunities to its members and supports a strong economy and environmental protection.
“I am so pleased to have the HBCA of Brevard’s support,” said Hodgers. “The building industry is one of the backbones of our local economy, and they understand what it takes to keep it strong. I look forward to working with them to make sure taxes stay low and we eliminate the burden of unnecessary regulations that hinder growth and opportunity and keep Floridians from owning their own homes.”
