Today, the Brian Hodgers Campaign announced that it has raised more than $110,000 since his campaign began in March. That amount surpasses the combined total that his opponents have raised by more than $83,000. Hodgers is seeking the District 52 seat in the Florida House of Representatives, currently held by Ritch Workman, who faces term limits in 2016.
“We are so grateful and encouraged by the support we are receiving from our community,” said Hodgers. “We believe that our solid conservative platform of lower taxes and fewer regulations combined with the backing of like-minded friends is a formula for victory. I am committed to fighting for our community in Tallahassee.”
Besides solidifying his position as the fundraising leader in the campaign, Hodgers has also secured key endorsements from several influential groups, including the Brevard County Medical Society and the Florida Association of Insurance Agents PAC. A small businessman himself, his campaign is built on the pillars of eliminating the government red tape that stifles economic growth, fighting for lawsuit reform, protecting our local veterans, and creating a world-class education system.
